I was forced to pay a lot in extra fees this year and I am very unsatisfied. I have been using turbo tax for many years and have never had to pay a penny.

It was awful!! Don't advertise "FREE" and then charge $79.. That makes absolutely no sense. And y'all did it at the end charging $40 to pay later when you get the refund. Just sad!! This will be my last year filing through y'all!! I provided my email like it'll make a difference. I'm sure I wont get a response... or one that matters anyway...

User Friendly Process keeps me coming back

This is my 12th year filing through Turbo Tax and even with all the life changes we have had - getting married, having kids, buying a home, selling a home, paid family leave, etc - the user friendly process keeps me coming back. When I have questions, requesting a call is simple and easy and I appreciate having an expert to help me where I may need some clarification.
