Try another software!

I did not enjoy all the bounce-back I received. My return kept receiving an error for the state. I had to go back, delete it, and start over to get the return accepted. It asked for my Illinois teacher's IEIN, which is only seven digits, but it rejected it because it wasn't nine digits. So, I had to go back and add two unnecessary 0's in front of it. Then, there was another unknown error "Our records indicate you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets." There were no additional suggestions on a fix; it just continued to ask me to review. I will not use this program again in the future. They are quick to take your money, and that's when all the trouble and errors commence. I was finally able to submit but, I won't be using this software again!

Couldn't figure out why I was being charged an extra $40 processing fee when I already agreed to pay $49. I called and spoke to someone and she did some research and explained that if you choose to pay with your refund that it goes through a 3rd party and they are the ones getting the $40 processing fee. I had to go on and pay with a credit card to save $40 which is so worth it in my mind. That is a tank of gas or dinner for 2 out minus drinks ha ha....Anyway I wish I could remember her name because she was so patient and stayed on the phone with me while I went through the process of making sure everything was correct. I truly hope they know who you are so you get the kudos you deserve!!
