Turbo Tax; The "free" but not tax filing system

Turbo Tax is easy to use UNLESS you have more than what they consider a "simple" return. We are doing 95% of the work ourselves and getting forced to upgrade into another version of Turbo Tax because we had one additional form to use. It's completely highway robbery to force someone to upgrade when they don't need to do that. They also charge fees if you want to pay out of your federal return rather than paying from your bank account at the time of filing. For something that is advertised as "free", $128.00 is NOT free.
