WASTE OF MONEY

IT SHOULD NOT COST 128 DOLLARS TO FILE MY RETURN, NOBODY WAS HELPING ME, I ENTERED ALL OF THE INFORMATION MYSELF, HONESTLY QUITE THE RIP OFF

I've used TurboTax for over 20 years and never had a bad experience until this year. Despite a successful login to the site, TurboTax claimed that I was a first time customer had did not have ANY of my previous 20 years of data. It took me HOURS to reconstruct everything I needed to finish this return (fortunately I save all of my previous returns in a single file). Additionally, the questions and data-fill prompts were much more vague than in years past. Highly disappointed

It said FREE but cost $49 once I put all my information in. No State return filed, just a simple 1040
Pros: My employment status changed this year
