Hidden fees galore

After 2 hidden fees, I do not plan to use again. Every year you guys get more expensive and seem to throw in hidden fees halfway through filing taxes.

Easy to use.... not always easy to find answers to certain scenarios (college student, minimal income, 529 college savings plan withdrawn, are taxes mandatory?)
