TurboTax used to be great, but now it does everything it can to pinch every penny it can from its users. I only use it at this point because if I don't file my taxes, I will probably go to jail.

Miserable

It asked me for updating enrollment status on a personal worksheet. It had no link to this. I had to dig through several forum posts to figure this out.
It also makes me repeatedly go through steps and accuracy checks that i've already done before even though nothing changed.
Lastly, this feedback form is awful. As i'm typing, it deletes characters and moves characters around as the stupid "AI-generated review topics" processes the text. Please invest more in software QA. This has been a miserable experience.
