Unfair

I contributed $160.00 to my HSA from July 2024, when I started my new job until the end of the year. I put that I contributed to $160.00 in with my W-2. i am then forced to pay your higher fee and am not allowed to use your free edition. I can't imagine the poor elderly people that try to use your website on their own and are coerced into paying for things they do not need. I paid $49 for the system to supposedly check over my return and tell me nothing was changed between the free version and the $49.00 version that i was forced to pay for. Additionally because I could file my federal for free because you forced me to pay $49.00, I then had to pay to file my NC taxes. All of this is unfair business practices.

Well, it said we would pay $39.00 to file and it charged us $79.00 Next time we'll file elsewhere.
