They always make excuses on why you don't meet requirements to get the free version. I lost almost 200 dollars in TurboTax fees

TurboTax is too expensive now and it was less user friendly this time. I don't think I will be using it next year.

The WORST experience with filing my taxes. Misleading as it has a free option but made me pay $143 for literally NOTHING. No help or anything. Do NOT recommend this website.
