Your proces for all of this are outrageous...I will not be using this service again to be stolen from with all these fees ..it's crap....no more free money from me to you and my son isn't using you again as is my daughter you lost 3 customers because of your greed

Forces you to buy deluxe

The app is terrible, I tried reviewing my form to make sure it was a “simple return” but the app kept forcing me to have to buy the “deluxe “ version for 80$
