Very easy and user friendly. It was my very first time using this, I don't know why I waited so long to finally do my own taxes and save time, and money. It was simple, and inexpensive. I save over $400 by using turbo tax. Thanks you!

Unnecessary Processing Fee

It was an acceptable process but the processing fee was unnecessary additional cost I'm not satisfied with but don't have a choice
