I do not like the total online setup of this program feels like something is missing, I prefer the disk version

Turbo Tax is User friendly

The site is user friendly. Turbo Tax has been easy to use and they have helpful hints to make sure you are completing the questions correctly. There are also options available to have an expert review your returns for any steps that could have been overlooked. Turbo Tax took out the anxiety aspect I had around trying to submit my taxes on my own.

NOT FREE. Advertisements are a lie. You also charge to take payment out of return. Might be my last time using TT.

Fees, i only used turbo tax when it was free. Will be paying someone to do my taxes from here on out. Why would i pay for a service i have to do myself.

The dialogue boxes on each page are really helpful at explaining what each portion of the page is asking for.
