WAY TO EXSPENSIVE TO FILE A 1040-EZ FORM, WHICH IS FREE... THE CHECKOUT PROCESS IS LITTERED WITH FEES JUST TO GET YOUR REFUND. THERE ARE ALTERNATIVES WHICH DO NOT DO THIS - WHICH I WILL BE UTILIZING NEXT YEAR. ALSO, JUST A HEADS UP, WATCH THE CARD YOU USE TO PAY THE TURBO TAX FEE. MINE WAS STOLEN AND CHARGED OVER $800 WITHIN HOURS OF USING IT ON THEIR SITE. I DID NOT USE THIS CREDIT CARD...

It was OK experience

Confusing of what to input or what was necessary information. Roth IRA was confusing if it's thru a company you work for or your own. These other things of housing and loans and such. Needing my tax return from the previous year which I don't have with me. Perhaps taxes are just confusing and nerve wrecking when you can go to jail for not including something or input the wrong information. I was charged even it was offered free.
