App and process has become awful

Has gone horribly downhill. What was once a nice easy and straightforward way to file your taxes, is now a bloated, slow, ad filled app that barely does the bare minimum of what you need. Not only has the interface and user experience got worse. But there are now much more technical issues including pages that don't load, and import errors specifically it fails to import cents for dollar amounts. It's amazing that companies manage to always make good things so much worse, just for the sake of possibly making more money, when in reality those greedy changes will lose them customers.
