These scumbags have wormed their way into the tax system pretty adeptly and they deserve to be regulated into the ground for it. I hate that I file with these trashy, pickpocketing, wealth gap widening villains. But, of course, when I filed with other services, my refund was delayed significantly. They design their tax filing flow similar to how sketchy malware 'DOWNLOAD NOW' buttons work. They will intentionally mislead you into thinking you have to accept certain things that will ultimately cost you more money for services you don't need and/or allow them to suck up your data and sell it. Cluck all of you at the top of the TurboTax pyramid. But you guys keep doing what you do best, convincing people to pay more money for your garbage service that's easier and cheaper nearly everywhere else.

Even though I didn't elect assistance, I was able to finish my return in a timely manner. All instructions were simple to understand or there was easy access to answers to questions. I'm 83 and plan to use the Turbo Tax Online Deluxe service next year. Thanks to all who made this process so simple.
