I was struggling hard to get my taxes done alone, but Nicholas was my customer service helper and they were there every step of the way and checked in any time they had to step away to help me. Everything got done in half the time when i was working on it myself.

They find a way to make you pay to pay your taxes. Head's up, if you are used to taking the standard deduction and are trying to decide if you want to itemize....if you itemize you can't use turbotax's free edition next year and your state tax returns are counted against you. I'm not sure that was worth it.

TurboTax is easy to use and helpful for filing taxes, but it has become too expensive for me. The costs add up quickly, especially with add-ons and upgrades that are often necessary. While the platform is convenient, the price doesn’t feel justified compared to other more affordable options.
