why did you charge 120$ for my return? that's half of what earned, what a scam. I remember when this used to be free, last time I use this, might as well use the IRS website, what a scam.

A $40 "filing fee" on top of a $39 product is ridiculous. All of these quick cash-grab fees for a product that doesn't even work, (upload your PDF W-2 to watch how poor it really is.) is highway robbery.
