I found this to be a very easy and helpful service. I did want to file for an extension and this software did not make that easy.

This is my first time using TurboTax, officially. I've attempted returns, but never actually filed one until this year. It wasn't completely smooth and easy, especially when I would work on my return via mobile. It would require information that I didn't have readily available until I was home. And another complex issue is that the mobile app and desktop version have no syncronicity. How far you make it on the mobile app varies drastically on the desktop. I'd recommend sticking to one or the other.

Saying you're a free service then charging people at the end is INSANE! Then you charge even more to people who use their return the pay the fee?! Never using turbo tax again!
