Turbo Tax makes it so easy to do your taxes. They ask all the right questions and tell me when it looks like something doesn't apply to me. So easy to navigate and when I have questions there's links to help explain what the terms mean.

The program works fairly well but what I hate is all the constant upselling to try and get more money. Once is okay even twice but more than just upsets me! I have told you this last year, but nothing changed. I am looking at other programs to use next year. I am also in Senior group where we help those needing help doing taxes and I have been advising for them to use HR
