i had an issue with changing my direct deposit information clicked the contact us button they called shared my screen and she walked me through it and we got my taxes filed !!!!

Unhappy but its taxes so what choice do I have

While its easy to file, the absolute criminal fees they charge have gotten completely out of hand. Not only do I have to pay for filing there is also now a processing fee and on top of that a processing fee for processing the processing fee.
