TurboTax is ok but could have a Better Price

Downsides are that they charge $80 to do your own taxes yourself using the app, and they tell you that they will find every tax break/credit available to you but this year I had to review every option myself and found that I get a credit for Retirement Savings Plan. Upside the app is easy to use and they have helpful explanations to questions as you go along .

Failed at the final step

awful process. final step, click file and finish, get the verification pic and gifs, system logs me out. If i had not logged back in, the process would not have finished. Completely ridiculous. Awful company.
