Great product. Would recommend it for a beginner to get started on. The only problem with the new product is it doesn’t have a good enough profile for the user base to know what to do.

I will be looking for other options next year. The charges, for simply doing a federal return is too much. Additionally you are charging to deposit my money. All around disappointed and I have filed using Turbo Tax for years. J
