Beginner Friendly, VERY easy

What I love most about turbotax Online Delux or the app itself is, it is beginner friendly. I was scared the first I had to file my taxes couple years back, but once I was done I felt confident. They have information about the question it is asking which is VERY nice! So you don't have to go googling what does it mean trying to look for answers.

First time in 30+years have an issue

I have been using Turbotax to do my taxes since I was 17yrs old. Im now 53.Its always been easy to use and Ive never needed to contact live help, either from the program or the IRS, and Ive never had an issue with audits. This year for some reason I had an issue with entering a 1099G form. I used the QR code to add it to my return and that method added the form 2x into my return. I had a difficult time figuring out why it was adding the amount received twice into my wages section. I finally corrected it the next day by inputting the information myself manually. That was annoying and caused me an extra hour of doing my taxes, otherwise I am happy with the end result, & the time to do it.
