Misleading, confusing, extra fees not listed till the very end after doing all the work. I would not recommend to anyone. Last time I will be using this so called cheap service. 0/5 stars really I feel swindled.

Filling out taxes is easy, But, you will not print my tax form so I can mail them in. So no longer will I use Turbo Taxes to file my Taxes

TurboTax is good

Overall I found TurboTax to be pretty helpful in filing my tax returns. I think what could make it better is if the app has a better way of keeping up with questions that have already been answered. Whenever I go back to edit something it will ask me the same questions over and over making a simple service seem very tedious.
