Disappointed Veteran e-file no longer free

Simple process and easy to follow in order to self-file. Quite disappointed that they no longer offer Federal e-file for free to veterans - only Active Duty and Reservists. I was injured in Iraq, and am now a Disabled Veteran...just because I can no longer serve, I have to pay full price for State and Federal. Also disappointed that Intuit tricked tons of Service Members into paying to file by offering a "Military Discount" when they had a contract with the government stating service members could file for free. Dishonest and unpatriotic in my opinion. I also don't like that the additional $40 fee charged to pay for the services using your Federal Refund isn't shown in the total breakdown, so it's easy to miss. Thankfully I saw the * and noticed the additional fee, which led me to pay for my tax returns up front.

Had trouble with charges .Was being charged $167. only wanted $49. Will never file w3ith Turbo again.

scam rip off

terrible cant start over from scratch once you start a tax return. also they kept forcing me to upgrade to file a simple unemployment tax return . rip off place to force you to upgrade to over 130 dollars just to file a unemployment income return.
