While I had a little issue with logging into my account, I was still able to submit taxes with ease! Always been reliable for as long as I've been doing my taxes! Highly reccommend it!

Turbo Tax is meh...

I've used TT for over 10 years and I get increasingly unimpressed with the service. However, I am too lazy to find another option so I stick with it. This time, it would've been nice to see WHY I owed state taxes this year the same way I can see why I get a federal refund. Also, nickel and diming customers to get their refunds early or paying with their refund is not cool. I did appreciate that I could arrange to pay my state taxes at a later time and it could be deducted electronically.
