Ashley was very helpful although I could not navigate the process very well. however, I do like not having to go to the post office and print everything.

Excessive Fee's

The fees are excessive. $40 fee just to use my Federal Return to pay a fee is wild business when I already have to pay $79 to use the system and another fee to get the money sooner by 5-business days. Fee after fee after fee.
