My experience with TurboTax it was my account that gave me a hard time. But thanks to TurboTax they help me step by step. I’m happy thank you.

Too many hidden fees. Direct deposit fee? You're joking. How much more money can you suck out of my return. Seems to be more every year. Awful Tax Website. Fix It.

extreme delay in the process

extremely horrible!!!!!! This is the first time I've used TurboTax. After I spent hours on filling information, it finally asked me to pay and how I wanna receive tax return. It sent me a confirmation email and nothing else, which made me think I was done. Then months later I realized I never received my tax return and I just realized that the filing is not completed when I check the website again. I did not even received a single reminder about anything that's wrong!!!! What did I pay for???? a delay in the process??? this is horrible!!!!
