While I always want it to be easy, it isn't. I always end up needing help fixing my MA pension issue as it seems Turbo Tax doesn't recognize that our public pensions are tax exempt. I called for help each time and had wonderful people each time but it gets exhausting and costing more to fix and complete. Took a while but finally done and on the way to returns

I like it better when it was free filing for retired couple with limited income. This app doesn't seem to realize Washinton State has not state taxes. App keeps stating Washington state tax file later. Not going to happening. Not so easy to fill out .

It was very reassuring everytime I made a mistake or overlooked something it show me my mistake and educated me how to correct it and all my choices nothing was hidden from me I like that I had the power in my hands at every moment
