OOPS! Confused with service

I am retired and received an SSA-1099 form with a 1095-B Health coverage through Medicaid . My returns with Federal and State is $0. I used the Turbo Tax Free edition to file my tax forms. to my distress, I read the fine print to discover I don't have to file since i receive a SSA check and Medicaid. it is only when the filer has a 1099-A through a commercial carrier. I had already completed the transaction and paid $149.00 for Federal and State filing. I am getting old and was confused. Can I get my money back?

Terrible program, I absolutely hate turbotax software. It's absolutely dumb that it's making me upgrade to "deluxe" when my contribution to something literally makes no freaking difference. Its so needlessly long and drawn out.
