TurboTax is heaven sent

Easy to use and not complicated. Much better than hiring a tax person. (This is my own opinion as a non complicated filing.)

I like using TurboTax because it is simple and provides options for clarification. I also like the fact that I have the option throughout to gain access to a live agent for assistance.

Had to pay almost $200 out of my refund to even file my taxes…I’ve been using tt for over 7 years at this point. Next year I’m going else where. It’s egregious how I was forced to upgrade this year.
Pros: I moved, I had a baby
