I love Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. I took a break and paid someone a lot to file taxes but didn't see a difference in returns so I really feel I can trust Turbo Tax. It's easy and I like that when I'm not sure about something I can usually click on a "learn more" to figure it out.

I have been using Turbo tax for many years, and this is the first time I had to pay, and it was so much harder. I will be trying to find something different next year, even if I have to pay more.

turbo tax just scammed me

I was hit out of nowhere with the turbo tax fees simply because I had an unemployment form. you need to let customers know when they are going to pay for things especially when the site has not previously done this. if this is something that is new to my case, A reminder that I will have to pay to have my taxes reviewed by turbo tax would be great. Preferably before I finish doing my whole return.
