too many pop ups

TurboTax Fee - Need Refund

Will be in contact to get my refund on turbo tax fees. I expect to pay 0$ and I've had to call in the last two years to get a refund because of this. I'm always "forced" to upgrade to deluxe in able to continue my tax return - especially after spending 30+ minutes on it already. Please refund me for the fees otherwise I'll call customer support soon. Thank you.
