Box 12 issues

Pretty good, and fairly straightforward. Not as easy or intuitive as last year. And BOX 12 was very tricky as no guidance was offered in terms of defining which letter means what. That was very stressful.

They try to force higher paid package

TurboTax provides very poor explanations of forms that are being requested and the reasons behind needing to "review" specific areas. For some reason, I owed state income tax when I've never owed state income tax in my life. Also, when doing the insurance section, there is very little explanation of what is being asked when it comes to HSA concerns. I suppose they want to force us to purchase the live tax agent (when this is a very simple tax return).
