Turbo Tax is horrible

You don't allow the proper blocks to be corrected - you errored my taxes on a zip code issue when I provided the correct zip code it was the state that needed to be corrected but your system did allow that box to be updated so basically you stole my money for something that should of been so simple and I will never use this system again its a waste of time.

Took $119 for a “free” app and didn’t even help actually file anything and my taxes got rejected and they wouldn’t let me upload the file with the proper name of the document I’m uploading

Its so user friendly, very simple answers the questions, upload documents and done. Any question there's a live agent standing by. Also love the additional information provided to help you choose how to file.
