it was easy and straightforward. The only downside is we should be able to file for free, too many fees for deluxe or to itemize and processing fees. We want the maximum refund back but still paying for extra fees

Easy to use, but the 3 processing fees are unnecessary when you are already paying for use of the software. Be honest with the price.
