love this software, I love that i can use this software in the comfort of my home. I also recommend this to my children to help save them money. i assure them if they don't feel comfortable they could choose a plan to help get assistance from a live representive..

TurboTax Downfall

TurboTax did not offer my Early Childhood Educator tax credit. I was shorted 1,700 because of this and then they did not give me the option to pay off one return with another even though, my SO was given the option when he filed his. I've always used TurboTax and never had an issue but this year I feel like it was NOT worth it.

fraudulent advertising

everything advertised is free then before being able to submit anything a payment is required. this has never happened before when i used turbo tax and this will be the last time i use it.
