I had an issue this year and I was able to get a call back from an expert who helped me figure out what I needed to do. I'm glad I got to talk to someone - I thought I was only able to use their AI.

This website is a scam, you change for everything. by the end of it my return is pretty much a waste of my time. if it wasn't forced by law. this site is pushy for taking your money. i will not be using this site next year or any of them for that matter. you have lost my all respect.
