It was very quick and easy to do. However, the fees are absolutely astronomical!! I could have had someone else do my taxes for the $220 it cost me to direct deposit my refund.

It’s wack. I paid yall more to file them then I’m getting back afterwards… Last time I ever use you bums, I will pay EXTRA to see and use a human instead of some lying organization that got a major lawsuit against for lying to people.

Charging an additional 40$ at the end instead of in the itemized portion of bill is criminal and should be illegal. You guys are greedy, and that 40$ really did it for me. That alone solidified I will never file my taxes with TurboTax again.
