Not a happy Turbo Tax User

I am not happy with turbotax. My returns were rejected last year because of the same mistake. It's as simple as a wrong last name. I know, I know I'm supposed to check all my forms before sending, but what's the point of having you automatically filling in the forms if I have to go back and check everything, especially after you telling me everything looks great. Also, all the extras you throw in while filling out the forms makes going through the process much more complicated. You have lost the overall goal of doing your own taxes easily and quickly, instead you have made them complicated and unenjoyable. My taxes are very simple, so why should I be frustrated when I'm finished using your software???
