Easy filings, but I felt forced to purchase Turbo Tax Deluxe from simply filing my taxes despite declining all the annoying ads for upgrades.

Fine but misleading at times

While file review was simple, TurboTax recommended unceccessary filings that would have increased the cost to file. Also tagged on state filing costs after filling out state return forms.

TurboTax is bad!

Every year I hate it so much, adding on fees or forcing upgrades. Why do I have to upgrade because I pulled from my retirement? Why does the website constantly try to trick you into upgrading. Terrible

Website and app is user friendly. I like the way you can import W2’s which saves time with typing the information in.
