Great service, sucky fees

The software and process is great. I love the more info button too. But I really don't like the fee system they have. It seems like right before you file they spring all these fees on you if you want to do things certain way. Just feels a bit scummy.

A supposed "free" service is not so much

Supposedly this is a "free" service for you to do your return. I barely get a return and what I get, I have to pay it as a fee... more than half my refund went to pay for this "free" service.
