Won't be using again

Thought I was paying for my federal and state taxes owed because it was labelled as such. Turns out it was actually just paying turbotax for the deluxe package. It then couldn't be undone.

Turbo Tax is reliable and consistent!

I have used Turbo Tax every year for many years. I have never had a problem. There has never been an error. I haven't used any of the extra services but feel comfortable that they are there just in case. I will continue to use Turbo Tax. They are consistent.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Like the New Format
