I was supposed to get free service and you charged me for both, Federal and State!!! And every single year I have issues with my taxes.

Very easy to use--i actually completed both federal and state in half the time estimated (28 minutes total). The option to use my refund to pay the TurboTax fees is very helpful!

I have been a long time TurboTax customer, but this year's filing was a nightmare. It took me 12 hours to file my return but only when I used the app. I will no longer use Turbotax.
