2024 tax

First year I've ever felt pressured from TurboTax trying to force the more expensive program on me with TurboTax live had to erase everything I did and start over in order to downgrade if it's like this next year I will not use the product

Unfortunate Payment Step then Filing Error Notif.

Only was informed of my filing being "NOT E-filable" after charging me $143 for federal and NY state tax. Kind of disappointing-- was choosing TurboTax for years just because of the online ease and taking care everything via one website. The "NOT E-filable" warning should be before the payment confirmable process.

Won't be using TurboTax again

It was going fine, until I tried to submit my taxes. I got the success screen, followed by a very un-helpful error message. The error message said, "We could not e-file your return for the following reason: Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets." Which formset? How do I correct this? No clue. I tried again several hours later and it seems to have worked now? I hope?
