Navigating to sections is more dififcult than in past years. Additionally, price is too high, especially with all the fre options available.

Too much upselling

Constantly trying to upsell me on other services, almost got me with a 40 dollar fee for trying to pay with my refund that wasn't mentioned initially. Overall dissatifying experience.
