No Option To Change Routing/Banking #?

It was all good until I got to the point in the process where I decide where the refund should be delivered to, which was my bank, 5 days earlier if possible. The site showed me my bank checking account number and routing number; however, the routing number was incorrect. The site's page did not allow me change the routing number, forcing me to choose a refund delivery option that I did not want. I wasn't until going through the process that the site gave me the option to change the routing number. I was a hair's width away from filing with a different company due to not feeling comfortable with navigating the checkout process. The site SHOULD have offered me the chance to change the routing number when it was first presented and not only giving me the option to indicate I verify the number is correct when the number presented was totally incorrect. Hopefully, their developers can fix this major blunder as it made me lose confidence that I could have return handled as I desired.

Very easy to follow... I am not confused by the flow of questions, etc. and I am NOT a tax person plus I am nervous and bad with numbers

I get that you all want people to spend money on your product;; however, the constant ads for MAX is too much and really dissuades me from wanting it while I am in the middle of filing.
