Was charged $208 to file taxes between two states... no thank you that was a rip off. PLUS I SWEAR I already filed my state but nope thanks a lot for nothing but a waste of money and time

Been using turbo tax from last 2 decades, pretty nice mostly, but feel missing a help question mark to click on each topic to understand what it is sometimes.
