Worse tax app ever

They constantly bug you and ask if you about upgrading to the next tier. But don’t tell you till the end you HAVE to use the upgraded tier even doing a simple non itemized return. Which is what I do every year. Won’t be using them again.

Disappointed long time user!

In the past (many years) I have been an avid supporter...but after this year NO MORE. Too many glitches. First, I no longer have businesses but it wouldn't let me do personal until I did businesses. When I finally got into personal it wouldn't let me file until I answered questions on the business forms. Second, I have 2 1099Rs and it kept entering both sets of info under one provider. Hope it is correct now since I had to go back 2 times to change since it kept changing it back. Third, it kept asking for info from box 16 on the 1099R and I didn't have a box 16.. It wouldn't let me finish return with no answer or a 0. And then when I thought I finally got through everything and had e-filed and was wondering why I hadn't got a confirmation ....I checked this morning and it was still sitting there unsent. Willl look at other programs for the future

They asked for information I didn't have readily available, so I had to call both the county clerk and treasurer. Fortunately they were able to quickly provide me the answers.
