I am pretty computer illiterate, as well as not very informed about the tax terminology and forms. I was TERRIFIED when I started using it several years ago, but the step by step instructions made it very easy to do. This REALLY beats the $400-500 the accountant was charging. I also trust TurboTax with my information and am comfortable with sharing it with them.
