TurboTax makes it easy to follow along and understand exactly what I am needing to file my taxes as well as giving explanations to what certain items are.

I have been using TurboTax for over a decade and it has always made the process easy and made me feel confident that I have done things correctly.
I really appreciate that getting answers on things is very easy and explained well.

The main reason for 4 stars is that I have seen a steady increase in the cost of filing over the years which is becoming frustrating.
