Great product but I have a very simple return and still have to pay a fee. They claim to have a free service by have never not had to pay to file in the last 5 plus years of filing with TurboTax.

App doesn’t work. Browser constantly buffers if you have to go back. Forces you to choose deluxe package instead of basic package and then charges you an astronomical amount and then another $40 to live money then another $25 to get 5 days early which you don’t receive. Double charged me on file fee and doesn’t even help
You get any more tax breaks or deductions like the deluxe package they force you to buy promises. Don’t use turbo tax. I never will again!
