RIP OFF

I requested a partial refund because TurboTax charged my credit card $138 before I even filed my federal or state return. I had to upgrade from the free version because I had ONE extra form to enter ONE measley number in a single box. There wasn't anything 'complicated' about it. So I paid $138 for a $64 return... seems real legit. I have used this service for years, for multiple people, but I will switch next year to a more trustworthy business.
