I have used Turbo Tax for over a decade, there is no match for how easy it is to use. They walk you through every step of filing state and federal taxes, offer to explain everything along the way in easy to understand terms, and give multiple options for paying for services/receiving refund/paying taxes due. If there is an issue along the way, they will be right there to help you correct it and can even help with IRS trouble.
