They charge extremely too much. 79.00 and they didn’t even file my state return. I will not be filing with them next year. I will surely be going to Free Tax USA.

Turbo tax is a scam

I loved Turbo tax the first time I used it but this years experience has been just awful, I have always been able to do my taxes for free which is why I used turbo tax but now it tells me I have to pay $80, but then it goes up to $139!?! It is extremely disappointing and frustrating along with the process being made more difficult I will never be using turbo tax again. Terrible customer service and wrong information.

First time using internet access only was a bit awkward. I was expecting to follow the same flow as with SW on my PC. Once I finally figured it out it was better and would have been easier than I made it.

HSA form should be included in free filing

TurboTax gouges those who contribute to HSA. HSA form should be included in free filing because it’s a common form. Unacceptable.
