It was better than doing it myself

Great service that has become expensive

I enjoy how TurboTax explains potentially confusing things in a way that makes sense. I don't love how it has become so expensive, and the price seems to increase with each section completed, even if I decline the pricier options.

I didn't know intuit has let the irs's free program. I will not be returning as a customer again and will be filing through the irs' website.

Turbo Tax is deceiving!! :)

It started out great and it was so easy to use. It eased my anxiety to have a no stress process. Until I spent an hour and a half making sure I had all my forms and information just to be told I had NO CHOICE but to upgrade of my taxes couldn’t be filed after working on them for AN HOUR AND A HALF. Then being told that my return is going to be around say for example, 900. But I had to pay 79$ for the upgrade then it bumped up to say, 200$?! But it can’t be taken out of my return so I HAD to pay it then and there. It was beyond disappointing/ frustrating/ and devastating to my bank account that is already near 0$. So thanks for that (sarcasm :} of course)….
