Double tap for the past 10 years! It’s always easy to use and I think it gets better and better every year! Anyone can use it, and if you have any problems they have live assistance available. It’s 10 times better than being in a long line at some office waiting to get your taxes filed. You can do it in the comfort of your own home. I will always use TurboTax!!

I did not expect to pay extra fees even if I have to do this on my own. But next time, I'm gonna need assistance. This is harder than last year. Did I double pay the fees to get lesser refund?
